During development of the design, we will take up consultations with the Local Authority in consideration of the Planning and Building Regulation applications. We are able to compile and submit all applications to the Local Authority on behalf of our clients.
Once a project design has been approved Platt White Partnership are able to assist in the construction phase by identifying contractors and managing the tendering procedure. We are able to offer full project management and contract administration ensuring effective control of both cost and quality.
We supplement our design expertise with an in-house Structural Engineer who offers professional expertise in structural matters ranging from complex frame design to small beam design.
Platt White Partnership can provide certification of building works to the building contractor and it has been inspected by our Surveyors during the construction stage.
