Stock & Building Condition Surveys
We have experience of resourcing and managing stock and building condition surveys. These are tailored to our clients requirements and range from large commercial clients with the requirements of a partial or complete stock survey to the individual building survey on a clients commercial, industrial or domestic building including specific defect reports.

Building Condition Surveys for Residential Properties
A Building Condition Survey is suitable for all residential properties and provides a full picture of their construction and condition. It is likely to be needed if the property is, for example, of unusual construction, is delapidated or old, or has been extensively altered, or where major conversion or renovation work is planned.
This is a more extensive report than the Residential Homebuyers Survey.
